**Key Responsibilities:**
**Value Selling- focus on highlighting the unique PD value and benefit our products and services can provide to a customer. It goes beyond just features and price, emphasizing the impact and solutions that address the customer's specific needs or challenge**
+ Effectively communicate PagerDuty's business value proposition to evaluate interest in making a purchase, demonstrating a strong passion for transformation and innovation.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Habilidades y competencias

- Control de gastos del área (OPEX y CAPEX).
- Formación académica en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Ingeniería en sistemas o similar.
- Experiencia en cargos similares al menos 3 años. Deseable experiencia en áreas comerciales/ business intelligence con foco comercial en empresas de retail.
- Manejo de Excel avanzado, Google Sheets, SQL avanzado, PBI avanzado.
- Conocimientos de metodologías de análisis de mercado y ventas, CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Effectiveness- Establishing, overseeing and maintaining genuine connections with customers

Sales Execution- Ensuring that one’s own and other’s work and information are complete and accurate; careful preparation for meetings and presentations; following up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled to contribute to PagerDuty's long-term strategic initiatives"
- Utilize best practices in account development to strategically target enterprise accounts, leveraging various communication channels such as phone, email, video, and social technologies.
- Employ a discovery process to engage in conversations with practitioners and management levels of our target accounts
- Proficiently use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach and Demandbase to optimize sales activities and focus.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers and build relationships.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple leads and opportunities effectively.

Your Mission Are you a customer-centric and results-driven professional with a passion for mining technology and innovation?
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Geoscience Product Company within Epiroc's Surface Division. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our geoscience solutions, including CoreScan and Kinetic Logging Services, by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
As the BDM, you will play a crucial role in executing the strategic vision set by the GM, focusing on expanding our market presence domestically and internationally, and reinforcing our commitment to safety, diversity, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
. Strategic Business Development
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the geoscience sector.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, aligning with the GM's objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
2. Product and Service Promotion
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Geoscience, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the mining industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills
- Strong understanding of mining industry in WA,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed strategic decisions.
