• Mantener el cumplimiento de los proyectos con la finalidad de cumplir con el presupuesto y carta Gantt, verificando el cumplimiento de los KPI’s asociados al proyecto
• Coordinar los equipos internos o subcontratos necesarios para construir el proyecto.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de las responsabilidades contractuales definidas en el proyecto.
• Coordinar el proyecto en todas sus fases, identificando requisitos, actividades, recursos necesarios, riesgos, tiempos y costos; asegurando el éxito del proyecto.
• Mantener la reportería actualizada sobre el estado de avance de los objetivos planteados al inicio del proyecto.
• Mantener la continuidad operativa del proyecto bajo los lineamientos de costos, tiempo y calidad.
• Coordinar los requerimientos del cliente interno y/o externo según corresponda.
• Lograr la atención de los clientes de acuerdo a las responsabilidades contractuales definidas en los contratos y especificaciones propias de los proyectos

• Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería en Construcción.
• 5 años de experiencia laboral en rubro de construcción y/o inmobiliaria

Desde OneInfo estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager Senior para incorporarse al equipo de un importante cliente del rubro financiero.
Es para un proyecto inicial de 6 meses, con modalidad híbrida (2x3). Lunes a Viernes de 09:00 a 18:30 h.

• Experiencia en proyectos de al menos 5 años.
• Experiencia en proyectos TI backend y front.

As the primary sponsor liaison and advocate, the Clinical Project Manager will plan, execute, manage, and monitor regional, single modality, or therapeutic area clinical research projects. Utilizing existing templates, processes, and programs as a guide, they will adapt/develop, implement, monitor, and be accountable for project protocols, operational plans, risk management, resources, project tools/materials, documents, and timelines. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities and performance of a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring all decisions align with corporate, industry, sponsor, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage the planning, execution, progress, and completion of assigned clinical research projects.
• Collaborate with functional experts to ensure all project activities comply with applicable regulations, guidelines, and corporate policies.
• Maintain operational, financial, and regulatory integrity and safety.
• Develop and/or participate in the development of project communications, training, regulatory submissions, audits, and the selection of third-party vendors as required.

• Manage a cross-functional team to ensure the appropriate creation, delivery, maintenance, and disposal of all related data, documents, equipment, and tools, including protocols, SOPs, informed consent forms, case report forms, and instructions.
• Prepare investigator updates and other project-related reports to support proper conduct and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify, assign, and monitor the completion of interdisciplinary project tasks, including site monitoring, CRF and database development and revision, data collection, patient safety/adverse event management, document management, statistical analysis, and final report writing and publications.
• Ensure task completion performance meets or exceeds quality standards and sponsor/client, project, and regulatory expectations and guidelines.

• Act as the primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle, managing client/sponsor expectations by addressing and resolving queries/issues, planning and executing project meetings, assisting with site and patient recruitment strategies and materials, developing stakeholder training, and providing regular project status and update reports.

• Applicants should have a minimum of one to three years of related work experience with ongoing training, and a three-year College Advanced Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in (Health) Sciences or Clinical Research.
• The successful candidate must possess: self-motivation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving positive results.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of building collaborative relationships to achieve results.
• Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development.
• Ability to foster teamwork continually.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background. This is not a position for an events background.
• Fluent Spanish + English.
• Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. You will also have strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.
• You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Highly organized and efficient

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager is in charge of the day-to-day management of project execution which includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.
• Manage the Project and the processes therein – including the definition and on-going monitoring of the Project Implementation Document (PID)
• Execute and align the project scope, goals, detailed milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Produce the Project Implementation Plan
• Produce and Manage the Project, Quality and Communications Plan
• Define the resource plan
• Represent the needs of the Implementation Team during the pre-sales stage
• Carry out resource planning and management
• Carry out the management and escalation of risks and issues
• Manage the project budget
• Ensure that the project team members are aware of and remain compliant with all the relevant procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• Project Management experience delivering multi-stranded integrated Healthcare ERP solutions in a customer-facing role
• Experience the full project lifecycle through initiation, execution, go-live, and closure
• Direct healthcare knowledge and/or 3+years ofexperience withaHealth IT system ishighly preferred
• Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets, and forecasting
• Experience leading a diverse / multi-disciplined team
• Experience communicating across all levels of an organization
• An understanding of hospital/businessprocedures, standard working practices, structure and politics
• Previous experience as an end user of an integrated health system
