PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
+ Prospectar oportunidades de negocio en Chile y LATAM, desde la idea hasta el lanzamiento.

+ Desarrollar planes de negocio y estrategias de entrada al mercado para nuevos productos.
+ Coordinar lanzamientos con equipos de cadena de suministro y categorías globales.

• Focalizar acciones comerciales en búsqueda de crosseling y up-selling en cartera.
• Gestionar reuniones y generar contactos con los principales interlocutores de cada cliente (áreas decisoras: Gerencia y C-Level).
• Identificar, desarrollar y elaborar propuestas, realizando venta consultiva.
• Tener fuerte conocimiento de la industria financiera y realizar el análisis de mercado que permitan generar estrategias según objetivos.

• Identificar y comprender la problemática de la industria: normativa Banco Central de cada país (AR, PY, BO, PE y UY), niveles de bancarización e incorporación de servicios financieros, limitantes tecnológicas, etc.
• Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial idónea para cada cliente.
Habilidades y competencias
• Poseer experiencia en venta consultiva B2B de soluciones de tecnología para la industria financiera (+4años).
• Experiencia en Ecosistema de Pagos y Servicios Financieros es un plus! (Deseable)
• Alto sentido de la responsabilidad, autonomía, iniciativa y proactividad para la generación y mantenimiento de negocios. Poseer excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales y tener una clara orientación al cliente y a los resultados.
• Ser una persona analítica, enfocada en la ejecución y cumplimiento de estrategias.Contar con la fortaleza para sustentar la estrategia que asegure el crecimiento orgánico de cada cliente.

- Administrar el portafolio de productos, incluyendo Product Roadmap y Product Backlog, priorizando desafíos y considerando procesos de obsolescencia y phase-in y phase-out.
- Crear extensiones de productos y configurar de manera óptima la BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Seguimiento del ciclo de vida de los productos, elaboración de informes de rendimiento y análisis de resultados para identificar oportunidades y mejoras.
- Realizar análisis continuos para identificar oportunidades o mejoras en el portfolio de productos y servicios.
- Apoyar en la recopilación, análisis e interpretación de datos de ventas para identificar tendencias y oportunidades, asegurando la calidad de los datos.
- Presentar información clara y comprensible para facilitar decisiones.
- Monitorizar el rendimiento de las estrategias de ventas y entregar resultados periódicos.
