Are you a business professional looking for a people-centered role in sales and marketing that offers variety in your day? Do you want to work with a team providing care coordination and networking to foster growth, while also contributing to building our business by hiring caregivers?
The Marketing Sales/Care Liaison will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing brand awareness within the community. This role will also support our Care Manager, including recruiting efforts to maintain a pool of qualified caregiver candidates. A current network of healthcare and other business contacts is highly desirable, along with the motivation and knowledge to drive growth. The position offers a base salary plus commission.
We seek a highly professional, motivated, trustworthy, and goal-oriented individual, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing. A developed list of relevant business contacts is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interact effectively with professionals across various settings, including medical and community environments. Tactfulness and determination are necessary to engage with key decision-makers. Strong follow-up, planning, organizational skills, and a positive professional image are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use is required. A passion for helping seniors live with dignity is a must.
Other requirements:
- College degree and/or B2B/B2C sales and marketing experience
- Reliable transportation with current insurance and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a national/expanded background check as per Indiana state regulations
- Successful drug screening
Additional duties include:
- Managing sales and marketing activities as directed
- Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, senior centers, and community organizations
- Conducting in-person calls with decision-makers, ensuring effective follow-up
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
- Completing required reporting efficiently
- Assisting with caregiver recruitment, including interviews and candidate validation
- Performing in-person candidate orientations as needed
- Supporting the Care Manager and covering after-hours calls when necessary
- Conducting on-site client assessments
- Collaborating with team members and assisting with other tasks as assigned
Compensation ranges from $30,000 to $60,000 annually.
