Company: Teamficient - Range: $800 - $1100 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This role requires a combination of excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales-oriented skills. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and identifying sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Support:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints, process returns or exchanges, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:
Identify potential sales opportunities through customer interactions.
Cross-sell and upsell products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs (key performance indicators).

Product Knowledge:
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.
Stay abreast of new product launches and promotions.
Order Processing:
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer orders and transactions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies with customers.
Provide feedback to management on customer experiences, challenges, and potential improvements.


Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build empathy with customers and deliver excellent service.

Esta posición será responsable por la gestión integral de órdenes de venta, desde su ingreso hasta la facturación, incluyendo reportes, coordinación logística y colaboración con áreas internas para garantizar un servicio eficiente.
+ Gestionar el ciclo completo de órdenes de venta, garantizando su procesamiento, seguimiento, entrega y resolución de problemas, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente interno y externo.
+ Responder a consultas escaladas, reclamos de calidad y solicitudes relacionadas con devoluciones, muestras, cambios de precio, conforme a procedimientos internos.
+ Colaborar con áreas clave como Logística, Finanzas, RAQA, y Supply Chain para resolver incidencias y coordinar entregas, recalls y acciones de campo.
+ Generar y mantener reportes operativos como Open Orders, Back Orders, Dashboard y desempeño de entregas (OTP), entre otros.
+ Administrar distintos tipos de pedidos: stock en consignación (consumo y reposición), productos personalizados, pedidos diferidos, intercompany, compras a riesgo, etc.
+ Trabajar estrechamente con Finanzas en la resolución de incidencias, facturas rechazadas y reconocimiento de ingresos mensuales o trimestrales.
+ Monitorear, documentar y dar seguimiento a casos, tareas e interacciones con clientes en los sistemas internos, asegurando trazabilidad y cierre oportuno.
+ Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas internas, regulaciones locales y estándares globales, incluyendo la Ley FCPA, el Código de Conducta de Stryker y prácticas éticas de alto nivel

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
In this position you
will be required to support the Part Time Customer Service Agent (Ticket/Gate) -
SCL. You will be central in demonstrating Delta's commitment to our customers
by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. At Delta,
our brand is critical to our continued success. As a Customer Service Agent,
you play a key part in keeping our brand strong by demonstrating strict
adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a
positive attitude inside and outside of work.
As a Ticket Agent you
are the first to greet our customers. You will guide and assist them with the
ticketing and baggage check-in process.
Responsibilities for
this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets.
+ Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the properdocumentation for travel.
+ Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferringbaggage from scales to conveyor belts. Several other lifting tasks willinvolve handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.
+ Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processesand procedures.
As a Gate Agent you
will help our customers with routing, trip planning and gate boarding.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gateannouncements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking andhandling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process.
+ Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrivaland lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
+ Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processesand procedures.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Must have authorization to live and work in Chile at the time of applying to this position
+ Embraces diverse people,thinking, and styles.
+ Consistently makes safetyand security, of self and others, the priority.
+ High School diploma, GED, orHigh School Equivalency.
+ Must be at least 18 years ofage.
+ Must be proficient inEnglish.

+ Frequently lift bags oritems weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
