We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing.
Your Role
- Drive the planning and execution of marketing communications initiatives focused on lead generation and conversion to support business growth across traditional and digital channels.
- Design and implement integrated inbound and outbound campaigns to attract high-quality leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Partner with line-of-business managers to create compelling content and messaging, and optimize sales tools that empower the sales team to enhance sales excellence and drive business growth.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate multichannel campaigns—including email, social media, web, and events—to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies, website content, marketing automation, analytics, and digital advertising to ensure a strong and consistent online presence.
- Conduct market intelligence through market share analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer satisfaction analysis to support the line-of-business manager in developing an effective sales strategy.
- Maintain and enhance the Atlas Copco brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment with global standards.
- Support corporate communication efforts to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce the company’s reputation.
- Review the company’s brand image in accordance with the Brand Manual, ensure local facilities, vehicles, publications, etc., are compliant, and take action to implement brand image changes.
- Work closely with group, business area, and divisional communications teams to adapt and implement global strategies at the local level.
- Collaborate with the D&I Task Force to ensure inclusive and representative communication practices.
- Regularly benchmark and refine marketing communications strategies to achieve best-in-class performance.
- Comply with all applicable regulations and internal policies related to occupational safety, health, environmental protection, and quality. Take responsibility for reporting any unsafe actions or conditions that may pose a risk to people or property, and promote the efficient use of natural resources and proper waste segregation.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, with proven expertise across both traditional and digital channels.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, campaign execution, and sales enablement within a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in brand management and a background in leading communications or sales teams is highly desirable
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong leadership and strategic thinking.
- Results-driven and accountable, with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, combined with a collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to travel within Chile as needed.
- Passion for making a meaningful impact in a culturally diverse and fast-paced environment.

We have a great Opportunity to Join our amazing Team. The Marketing Manager will lead our Large Surface Cleaners Portfolio (Poett, Clorox and Pinoluz), All fragrances segments (Poett Air care & Fabric fresheners), Cleaning Utensils, and Brooms & Candles businesses. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement and Business deliverables: P&L (volume, sales, Gross Margin & Profit), Market shares and Campaigns & Launch execution.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead and develop the marketing team, providing coaching, feedback, and leading talent calibration processes.
+ Be responsible for the development and execution of Advertising and Consumer Sales Promotion plans
+ Contribute local insights and ensure effective implementation of regional strategies and innovation initiatives.
+ Planning (volume, financial forecast and category, shares estimate performance)
+ Develop and implement local Brands Strategies & Plans
+ Manage overall category performance, including pricing recommendations, cost savings, market/trade opportunities, etc
**What we look for:**
**Years and Type of Experience:**
+ + 7 years of marketing experience in different positions (Local, Regional, Global, Content Development, Digital).
+ People Manager experience
+ Trade marketing/Commercial experience is preferred
+ Advance English

+ Ability to influence a matrix organization working with regional & local teams.
+ Leadership & envision in order to develop the categories to new levels
+ Interpersonal and communications skills especially with peers in other functions, GMs and functional leaders

The opportunity
The Marketing Planning and Web Content Lead will act as a critical quarterback across the team, ensuring an integrated approach to planning and execution of cross-team projects. This individual will have a key project management role, establishing and managing workback schedules to ensure tactical activities are delivered in alignment with integrated plans and across our annual and quarterly content calendar. Escalate roadblocks as appropriate and advise on delivery impact of initiatives.
The candidate will bring a strategic eye to all content, providing inputs that support Brand voice and guidelines, and MarComms and broader enterprise objectives. They will also play a role in developing various forms of content, in partnership with colleagues and/or vendors to support objectives.
This individual may be called on to support monitoring for the OTPP brand and other business partner needs.
Who you'll work with
The Marketing Planning and Web Content Lead will work closely with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications team to bring reputation and brand building initiatives to life across internal and external channels.
What you'll do
Work closely with internal and external partners to develop creative assets, brief creative teams, develop workback schedules and consolidate feedback for all content and video production
Oversee the process for updating the primary project management platform (JIRA board) across for the integrated MarComms team
Manage end-to-end project delivery for integrated MarComm initiatives, by ensuring alignment on ensuring visibility of resources required, working with team leads to confirm resource allocation and setting priorities as required. When prioritization and/or scope change decisions are required, raise up to SLT for direction
Has line of sight of all cross-channel amplification strategies and understanding of how amplification plans come together.
Consolidate outcomes from team planning meetings in relation to cross-team projects
Take the lead in development of high-level plans for cross-team projects to ensure visibility of objectives, timeframes, review requirements, and deliverables within and beyond Marcomms team as relevant.
What you'll need
Min. of 5 years’ experience in brand, digital marketing or account executive/PM roles
Experience within the financial industry and brand would be considered a plus
Experience leading and working with agencies
Degree in Marketing or Communications
Strong project management skills
Previous writing experience would be considered an asset
Strong understanding of B2B cross-channel marketing planning development
Understanding of digital paid media
Understanding of KPIs related to marketing channels and optimization strategies for integrated marketing
Excellent communication skills
SEO (technical and traditional) knowledge is an asset
Experience with agile marketing methodology would be an asset
