Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Residencial se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Project Manager , quien será el encargado de coordinar y verificar la ejecución de las actividades de construcción de los proyectos, planificando y supervisando los trabajos de los administradores de obra, con la finalidad de lograr el cumplimiento de los tiempos, costos, alcances y calidad del proyecto. Este objetivo lo lograrás por medio de
- Mantener el cumplimiento de los proyectos con la finalidad de cumplir con el presupuesto y carta Gantt, verificando el cumplimiento de los KPI’s asociados al proyecto
- Coordinar los equipos internos o subcontratos necesarios para construir el proyecto.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las responsabilidades contractuales definidas en el proyecto.
- Coordinar el proyecto en todas sus fases, identificando requisitos, actividades, recursos necesarios, riesgos, tiempos y costos; asegurando el éxito del proyecto.
- Mantener la reportería actualizada sobre el estado de avance de los objetivos planteados al inicio del proyecto.
- Mantener la continuidad operativa del proyecto bajo los lineamientos de costos, tiempo y calidad.
- Coordinar los requerimientos del cliente interno y/o externo según corresponda.
- Lograr la atención de los clientes de acuerdo a las responsabilidades contractuales definidas en los contratos y especificaciones propias de los proyectos
- Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería en Construcción.
- 5 años de experiencia laboral en rubro de construcción y/o inmobiliaria
- Experiencia en Solar (Deseable)
- Experiencia en subcontratos

As the primary sponsor liaison and advocate, the Clinical Project Manager will plan, execute, manage, and monitor regional, single modality, or therapeutic area clinical research projects. Utilizing existing templates, processes, and programs as a guide, they will adapt/develop, implement, monitor, and be accountable for project protocols, operational plans, risk management, resources, project tools/materials, documents, and timelines. - Prepare investigator updates and other project-related reports to support proper conduct and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure task completion performance meets or exceeds quality standards and sponsor/client, project, and regulatory expectations and guidelines.
- Act as the primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle, managing client/sponsor expectations by addressing and resolving queries/issues, planning and executing project meetings, assisting with site and patient recruitment strategies and materials, developing stakeholder training, and providing regular project status and update reports.
- Applicants should have a minimum of one to three years of related work experience with ongoing training, and a three-year College Advanced Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in (Health) Sciences or Clinical Research.
- The successful candidate must possess: self-motivation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving positive results.

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
