**Job Description**
Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

**Responsibilities**
Lider Hightech/ISV/startups
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the Latin American market to manage the greenfield team, serving Hi-Tech, Cloud Native, ISV, and startup clients in Latin America.
This role is crucial for Oracle, as it will generate new high-potential companies for Oracle and the region. Join the team that has worked to improve and increase the success of companies like Meli and Rappi.Experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, whether in VC or working closely with unicorns, is desirable.The responsibilities include:Recruiting, maintaining, and coaching the sales team
Managing the installed and new customer base throughout Latin America
Managing the sales team and generating demand in Latin America
Working closely with the architecture, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to create a customer-centric culture
Creating KPIs and tracking metrics to meet sales goals
Positioning Oracle's OCI and AI products in the market
Getting new cloud-native and startup customers to Oracle
Contact with C-levels in technology companies (edited)
