You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, as a Delivery Consultant - Cloud Infrastructure you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. - Track record of leading enterprise-scale software delivery, architecture design, and migration planning.
- Able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and practical experience

Zensar is seeking a Level 2 Cloud Infrastructure Engineer and this is a 3-days hybrid job in Santiago, Chile, for growth opportunities.

About the Role:

We are seeking an ideal team player who is Smart, Hungry and Humble. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the IT systems and services. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations and systems development. You will be well-organized, work exceptionally well with different people (in different locations and time zones).

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Provide first point or an escalation point from Level 1 across all support tickets.
• Escalate at the appropriate time any difficult issues to level 3
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Answer phone/email/tickets in a professional and timely manner.
• Assisting clients or staff through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organizations as required.

• Office 365 and Azure Licensing (Office 365 License management and Azure subscription management)
• Log all incidents and service requests in our designated Helpdesk system.

• Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to relevant suppliers in a timely manner.

Hosting Operations Manager. As Hosting Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading the delivery of enterprise-grade hosted services.
