About the role:
As our Content Programming and Strategy Specialist, you will create conceptual content curation strategies that consider targeted audiences, consumer habits, and global/ regional content trends. You will design concepts aligned with airline markets and our global brand strategy, as well as sort and select content (films, TV shows, music, etc.) for various in-flight entertainment systems.
The Content Programming and Strategy Specialist must also support the other Touch teams to secure contractual obligations (SLA’s and KPI’s) are being met and keep Touch headquarters always updated about the customer perception on the quality of the service delivered.
About the responsibilities:
- Create conceptual content curation strategies contemplating targeted audiences, consumer habits and overall global/regional content trends;
- Design content concepts aligned with the Airline markets and global business strategy;
- Understand airlines passenger profiles to properly tailor an assertive content strategy;
- Sort and select content (Film&TV, regional and special content) for different systems;
- Manage and utilize data insights to create coherent content curation;
- Generate content license negotiations with distributors and content creators;
- Develop special projects and propose innovation through strategic partnerships with relevant content creators and brands;
- Seek innovative opportunities that brings value and differentiation for the Airline’s Inflight Entertainment platforms;
- Involvement on product development features, focused on content management for the company and customers;
- Produce assertive content strategies based on personalized passenger profiles.
About you:
- Based in Chile;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree is a plus);
- Experience in the airline or entertainment industry is a plus;
- Customer service experience is a plus;
- Comfortable delivering internal and external presentations;
- Ability to manage people and lead projects;
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills;
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities;

The Business Development team at Pinterest is responsible for developing partner strategy, as well as sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing partnerships that are a critical lever for growth and progress of the company against key strategic initiatives. The team works closely with senior leadership, product, marketing, legal and sales teams to deliver these partnerships.
The Business Development Lead will own a broad scope of activities across Commerce initiatives, Content Acquisition, and Content Distribution. Key responsibilities include: developing partnership strategy, identifying first-in-kind deals and programs, negotiating complex agreements, launching new products and programs, and managing partnerships. This position will report to the Director and Global Head of Business Development for Content and Commerce. The role will be hybrid with some time in the office and remote.
What you’ll do:
- Create the partner strategy for Content and Commerce initiatives, including translating trends and insights from the industry landscape to identify opportunities for partnership
- Lead the process of identifying partnerships to pursue, including building the business case through strategic and financial analysis and due diligence
- Negotiate complex deals
- Build productive relationships with leaders at emerging and established companies
- Lead deal execution and partner management across relevant internal teams including product, engineering, legal, marketing, sales, and finance
- Serve as advocate for resourcing and support for partnerships with senior executives at the company
- What is unique about the role:
- Broad scope across Commerce initiatives, Content Acquisition, and Content Distribution.
- Opportunity to own all business development responsibilities including: developing partnership strategy, identifying first-in-kind deals and programs, negotiating complex agreements, launching new products and programs, and managing partnerships. What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years experience in the tech industry and experience working at a large scaled social or ecommerce platform company
- 8+ year experience in product partnerships, including some experience leading scaled partnership programs and first-in-kind deals
- Experience negotiating complex deals and partnerships
- Experience with performing quantitative business analysis, e.g. management consulting, investment banking, business analytics, business operations or strategy
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

What you'll do
Work closely with internal and external partners to develop creative assets, brief creative teams, develop workback schedules and consolidate feedback for all content and video production
Oversee the process for updating the primary project management platform (JIRA board) across for the integrated MarComms team
Manage end-to-end project delivery for integrated MarComm initiatives, by ensuring alignment on ensuring visibility of resources required, working with team leads to confirm resource allocation and setting priorities as required. When prioritization and/or scope change decisions are required, raise up to SLT for direction

Propósito del cargoEl o la Branding y Content Marketing Manager – Brasil & Latam será responsable de ejecutar las acciones de contenido y branding que posicionen a Kizeo Forms en Brasil y el resto de América Latina, adaptando los mensajes y estrategias a cada mercado.

En Buk estamos buscando a nuestr@ próxim@ Marketing Content Lead, quien tendrá el objetivo de desarrollar y gestionar la estrategia de contenidos de Buk, principalmente a través de la creación, coordinación y edición de contenido de interés buscando nutrir y aportar valor para un público objetivo.
¿Cuáles serán sus desafíos?- Diseñar la estrategia de contenido alineada a la de marketing con el fin de generar valor para atraer nuevos clientes y posicionarnos como el software de gestión de personas más conocido y preferido en Chile.
- Definir y ejecutar el plan y la redacción de contenidos para nutrir a los contactos logrando que bajen en el funnel y se conviertan en oportunidades de negocio.
- Supervisión de la generación de contenido para los diferentes canales, como por ejemplo: página web, blog, email marketing y redes sociales. Incluyendo el desarrollo de contenidos audiovisuales.
- Medir el impacto del contenido en la generación de tráfico a nuestra página web, la generación de leads y la conversión de clientes.
- Revisión de planificación de publicaciones en RRSS (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) para asegurar el cumplimiento de la estrategia y alcanzar objetivos planteados.
- Apoyar al área de Brand en la generación de contenido para medios de pago y orgánicas, y en el contenido de las campañas, según el contexto país e industria. También, en eventos u otras actividades.
- Velar por la coherencia de la Marca asegurando que todos los diseños de contenido se alineen con la marca y los objetivos de marketing.
- Apoyo y desarrollo, en conjunto con área de personas, de Marca empleadora.

We’re hiring a Marketing Tech & Content Coordinator to help us scale our campaign operations and content delivery. This hybrid creative/technical role is perfect for someone who can manage content calendars, automate processes, and execute across digital channels with precision.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and international sales reps to keep everything running smoothly—from email sends to social posts to campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and send email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot or HighLevel
- Keep social media accounts up-to-date, engaging, and on-brand
- Manage and maintain a 30-day content calendar with multiple formats
- Create lightweight visuals and video edits using Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Use Zapier or Make to automate recurring tasks and sync data between systems
- Analyze performance using Sheets/Excel and present clear results
- Support sales enablement with process docs and how-to guides for global teams
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with marketing CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
- Demonstrated success running cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social)
- Ability to build and troubleshoot basic workflow automations
- Visual and video content creation skills (please share examples)
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking
- English fluency; Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus
- Worked in a fast-paced agency environment
- Familiar with AI tools for content creation
- Background in recruitment marketing or sourcing
- Able to tweak HTML/CSS in email templates
- Deliver a high-performing nurture campaign (≥20% open rate, ≤1% unsubscribes)
- Publish a full month of social content on time
