El Puesto:

El Field Service Engineer cumple un rol fundamental dentro de esta empresa en rápido crecimiento. Es una posición muy dinámica y de alto ritmo, que reporta directamente al Gerente de Servicio en Terreno. Será un miembro clave del equipo de servicio, actuando también como punto de contacto técnico para brindar soporte a proyectos solares de tipo comercial, industrial y a gran escala (utility-scale).

Actividades Principales y Responsabilidades

• :Desempeñarse como líder en tareas de ingeniería de campo más complejas
• .Realizar y/o dirigir actividades de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo y de operación y mantenimiento, asi como comisionamiento según sea necesario
• .Realizar diversas tareas de ingeniería que impliquen aplicaciones tecnológicas relacionadas con la instalación, el funcionamiento, las pruebas y el mantenimiento de inversores centrales solares
• .Solucionar problemas eléctricos y electrónicos y realizar pruebas de inversores solares y sus componentes sobre el terreno o en el laboratorio. Se requiere el uso de PQA y osciloscopio según sea necesario
• .Realizar y/o solucionar problemas en su región asignada para investigar los problemas de la planta solar, tales como fallos en la red de los conjuntos de CC, problemas de diseño del inversor y transitorios de la red eléctrica
• .Proporcionar información al equipo de ingeniería sobre posibles mejoras en el diseño mecánico y eléctrico
• .Dirigir proyectos de actualización (software y hardware) sobre el terreno e interactuar con los clientes para explicar el alcance técnico del proyecto
• .Trabajar con los ingenieros SCADA del cliente para configurar la comunicación y los parámetros de los sistemas
• .Crear procedimientos de servicio sobre el terreno si no se dispone de personal para la resolución de problemas y el mantenimiento
• .Participar en la elaboración de material de formación para algunos clientes a petición del responsable de formación
• .Investigar componentes alternativos que puedan utilizarse sobre el terreno
• .Coordinarse con el departamento de ingeniería de I+D en China si se necesita ayuda para la resolución de problemas
• .Tomar la iniciativa en algunos proyectos, como actualizaciones o modernizaciones, así como en la puesta en marcha
