YOUR ROLE

Lead a team of ML engineers building next-generation personalization and optimization systems. You'll balance hands-on technical work with team leadership, driving both technical excellence and business impact. This role requires someone who can architect complex systems while mentoring others and collaborating across organizations.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3-5 ML engineers building personalization systems
• Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Drive improvements in model quality, system reliability, and development velocity
• Establish best practices for model development and deployment
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams
• Contribute hands-on to critical model development (50% coding)

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in ML engineering, 2+ years leading technical teams
• Experience with modern ML architectures (two-tower, transformer-based, graph neural networks)
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions

8. Al menos 4 años de experiencia en ciencia de datos, incluyendo desarrollo de modelos predictivos y análisis exploratorio.

EY Consulting nos dividimos en dos grandes áreas: Business Consulting y Technology Consulting. Desde Business Consulting realizamos proyectos de estrategia de negocio, optimización de procesos y gestión del cambio. En Technology Consulting desarrollamos soluciones vinculadas a las áreas de Big Data & Analytics, Cyberseguridad, SAP, Automatización de procesos de negocio (RPA, NLP…), entorno Cloud, etc.

Funciones:

• Participarás en proyectos reales que generan impacto en el negocio, aprendiendo de un equipo senior con alto nivel técnico.
• Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar tus habilidades en ciencia de datos, optimización y comunicación con clientes.
• Estarás en un entorno colaborativo, con acompañamiento cercano, donde se valora la curiosidad, la proactividad y las buenas ideas.
• Aprenderás a transformar desafíos del negocio en soluciones analíticas concretas, con foco en resultados.
• Desarrollo de algoritmos, implementación del proceso end to end, conversaciones con los clientes.
• Implementación de software de Data Science de alto impacto para los clientes.
• Licenciatura en Fisica, matemática y/o Ingeniería o afin.
• Cursos o certificaciones en Python, SQL o visualización. Formación complementaria en optimización, estadística o fundamentos de machine learning.
• Formación en ingeniería, estadística, ciencia de datos, computación o áreas afines. Conocimientos básicos de Python y manejo de datos (pandas, numpy, etc.)
• De 0 a 2 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con análisis de datos o proyectos de ciencia de datos (prácticas, ayudantías, bootcamps o proyectos personales/profesionales)
• Conocimiento básico de machine learning, modelos predictivos o visualización de datos.Habilidades blandas como pensamiento crítico, escucha activa y trabajo colaborativo.
