EQUANS Chile (EQCL), se encuentra en búsqueda de IT ENGINEER – INFRASTRUCTURE que cumpla con los procedimientos establecidos y cuya función principal será garantizar la continuidad, eficiencia y seguridad de la infraestructura tecnológica de la organización, mediante la administración, soporte y mejora continua de sistemas, redes y servicios en la nube. Contribuir activamente en la implementación y operación de soluciones como Zscaler, colaborando con equipos internacionales para asegurar un entorno tecnológico robusto, alineado con los requerimientos del negocio y las necesidades de los clientes en múltiples regiones.

Profesión / Estudios:

- Sólidos conocimientos generales en sistemas TI, redes y entornos en la nube.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de infraestructura TI, incluyendo redes, servidores y servicios en la nube.

- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles de infraestructura TI

Job Description
Torch Technologies is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator/Network Administrator to join a team to assist the 23rd Electronic Warfare Squadron, 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission of the 350 SWW is to develop and test mission data (MD) to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, thus enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, force development evaluation execution and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.
Responsibilities:
This position requires a highly motivated individual, with relevant experience.
The successful candidate will serve as an Information Technology (IT) specialist responsible for assistance in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the unit’s computer networks and to provide technical assistance, training, and support to customers.
Apply computer hardware and software expertise to establish and maintain Government program specific information technology (IT) capability in accordance with Government instructions, policies and procedures
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving or escalating issues relating to hardware, software, network, and other issues of computer end users
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software and will respond to queries, runs diagnostics, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution

About This Role
Network Engineer design, solution, deploy, migrate, manage, and change network infrastructure services, across all networks related technologies for our end customers. Including but not limited to networks (routing, switching, wireless, FW, data center technologies, load balancers, etc.)

- Work with the team to enhance network infrastructure effectiveness and address technical challenges
- Support the development of networking infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and configuration records
- Apply technical knowledge to address network infrastructure-related challenges
- Follow established best practices and standards in network infrastructure service delivery
- Utilize technical skills to address network infrastructure issues and incidents
- Coordinate with third party vendors the resolution of incidents and/or projects (Vendor Management)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- +5 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in network infrastructure technology support and management
- Proficiencies in technical knowledge
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP certified or any other relevant network certification (preferred)

**The Role**
Do you want to be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions? Within our Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to expert for providing top-of-the-line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring that our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs.
Your skills in routers, networking controllers, bridges, and networking software will be essential as you troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software, such as routers and switches. Not only will you help keep our customer's networks running smoothly, but you will also work on project implementation, conduct project planning and cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to review project requirements, communicate them accurately to the team, and ensure they are appropriately fulfilled. You will use your expertise to design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP, that address customer requirements. You will also provide high-quality technical solutions to our customers to prepare them for implementation, go-live, and maintenance.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ More than 4 years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation. Knowledge and experience implementing cloud networking technologies.
+ At least 4 years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls
+ Hands-on experience implementing networking projects, including LAN, WAN, cloud networking, and firewalls, focusing on project execution rather than operational continuity.
+ Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains.
+ Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix will be a plus.
+ Ability to interact with clients and present technical solutions. Experience in executing multiple IT projects and meeting deadlines with limited supervision
+ Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience.
+ Experience with designing and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks.
+ Experience with protocols and technologies such as BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Certifications are not mandatory, but relevant experience in the area is sought.
