The PL owns the product vision and works closely with scrum teams to deliver value-driven solutions that align with company strategy. This role is responsible for managing the complete product backlog lifecycle, from strategic epic decomposition to detailed user story creation, while maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer-centric product development. • Requirements Documentation: Create comprehensive requirements, use cases, guides, and process diagrams for product releases while maintaining clear feature-based roadmaps that adapt to changing business needs
  • Story Ownership: Serve as the single source of truth for story details, prioritization rationale, and acceptance criteria, ensuring the scrum team understands both the "what" and the "why" behind each requirement
  • Acceptance Criteria Definition: Develop clear, testable acceptance criteria that enable quality delivery and reduce ambiguity in development cycles
  • Customer Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing customer observation, interviews, and data analysis to maintain deep understanding of user needs and market trends
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication and working relationships with all product stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather continuous feedback
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a clear, feature-based roadmap that balances strategic objectives with tactical delivery capabilities
Decision Making and Influence
  • Product Backlog & Prioritization: Full ownership of backlog management and story prioritization (with technical feasibility input from Technical Leaders)
  • Feature Refinement & Story Creation: Full ownership over feature definition, story creation, and user story acceptance criteria
  • Stakeholder Requirements: Primary decision-maker for translating stakeholder needs into development requirements
You’ll need to bring:
  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex project plans, technical concepts, and business requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through verbal and written channels
  • Organizational & Analytical Skills: Strong time-management, organizational, and analytical capabilities with proven decision-making skills to evaluate priorities and accomplish work goals effectively
