En Falabella estamos buscando un(a) IT Project Lead con visión estratégica, capacidad de adaptación y liderazgo funcional, para sumarse a un equipo dinámico y en constante evolución.
Mision: Liderar proyectos TI, conectando áreas técnicas y de negocio, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos, costos, calidad y generación de valor.
Funciones Del Cargo
- Liderar la ejecución de proyectos de TI de distinta complejidad y magnitud, desde la definición hasta el cierre.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizados los planes de proyecto, cronogramas, matrices de riesgos, presupuestos y reportes de avance.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo áreas de infraestructura, desarrollo, seguridad, arquitectura y proveedores externos.
- Gestionar la relación con stakeholders, asegurando alineación con los objetivos de negocio.
- Identificar y gestionar riesgos, problemas y cambios en el alcance del proyecto, proponiendo planes de mitigación.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, estándares y buenas prácticas de gestión de proyectos
- Actuar como facilitador en instancias de toma de decisiones críticas.
- Asegurar la documentación del proyecto y su traspaso ordenado a las áreas operativas o de soporte al finalizar.
- Título profesional en Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería Civil, Sistemas o carrera afín.
- Experiencia comprobable liderando proyectos de tecnología.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, negociación y gestión de conflictos.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
- Conocimientos en Plataformas Cloud (Azure - GCP)
- Disponibilidad de trabajar modalidad hibrida

- DevSecOps: Asegurar la operación y mejora de pipelines CI/CD robustos y seguros, utilizando herramientas de SAST/SCA/DAST como gates de calidad.

Role Overview
As the Team Leader for Business Development, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across the LATAM region. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on LATAM markets.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.

- Attend and lead team participation in LATAM expos, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small country team of payroll specialists, providing direction and support to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of employee data and payroll-related accounting transactions
Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and ¯implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
Develop and deliver payroll-related training and communications to ensure payroll-related policies and procedures are communicated effectively across the organization
Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters for LATAM, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed
Maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and tax authorities, ensuring timely and accurate filing of payroll-related reports and payments
Manage the performance and development of the payroll team, providing feedback and coaching to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement payroll-related strategies and initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing payroll functions for LATAM.
Comprehensive working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR in LATAM.
Experience managing small teams and driving process improvements
Broad knowledge of local payroll software solutions
Hands-on Experience with implementation of new payrolls on an industry-recognized payroll solution
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands

Buscamos a un/a Project Manager con experiencia en implementación de ERP y habilidades para coordinar equipos diversos. Si te mueves bien entre procesos, personas y tecnología, y te gusta hacer que las cosas pasen, sigue leyendo.
¿Qué harás en este cargo?
- Liderarás la ejecución de un proyecto ERP a gran escala, gestionando su implementación en distintas áreas de la organización y asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y alcance.
- Gestionarás equipos transversales, conformados por personas de distintas áreas y niveles jerárquicos, impulsando una cultura de colaboración, compromiso y foco en resultados.
- Instalarás metodologías de gestión de proyectos y cambio, asegurando que cada iniciativa cuente con herramientas claras de planificación, seguimiento y cierre.
- Administrarás un presupuesto, generando reportes de avance, control financiero y coordinación con el área de Finanzas para un uso eficiente de los recursos.
- Acompañarás a los equipos en la adopción de nuevas herramientas y procesos, trabajando en conjunto con Desarrollo Organizacional y usuarios clave para asegurar una transición fluida y sostenible.
- Serás el nexo entre distintas áreas, proveedores y equipos globales, participando en reuniones y garantizando una comunicación clara, alineada con los objetivos del negocio y el avance del portafolio TI.
- Formación en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Comercial o Informática.
- Al menos ocho años de experiencia laboral, incluyendo liderazgo de proyectos tecnológicos complejos.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado, con capacidad para participar activamente en reuniones y presentaciones.
- Modalidad híbrida.
