Al unirte a este puesto, jugarás un papel vital ya que deberas Coordinar la implementación, mantención y actualización de los procesos establecidos por la compañía en lo que respecta al sistema integrado de gestión
- Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente en la compañía y proyectos.
- Elaborar reportes para informar estados de cumplimiento.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento del Sistema Integrado de Gestión.
- Actualizar información y elaborar documentación adecuada a los procesos de la compañía.
- Dar soporte y capacitación a los equipos de proyecto en la configuración y usos de formatos en Datascope
- Implementar auditorías internas de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad y realizar un seguimiento de la eficacia de las acciones correctivas y / o preventivas propuestas.
- Cumplir con las políticas, objetivos, procedimientos e instructivos, el reglamento interno de orden, higiene y seguridad.
- Cumple y apoya en hacer cumplir en las normas y políticas de prevención de riesgos asociados al puesto de trabajo que garanticen la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores
- Contribuye y respeta las normas y políticas Media Ambientales establecidas por la empresa para preservar al cuidado ambiental.
Lo que aportas al puesto:
- Experiencia en el rubro de energía.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de calidad.
- Conocimiento en metodologías y sistemas ISO 9000 y 9001.
- Conocimiento especifico y aplicación de los sistemas de gestión ISO y OHSAS 14001 y 18001.
- Título en disciplinas relacionadas con la construcción o las ciencias de la educación.
- Experiencia comprobada de más de 5 años en áreas de control y gestión de Calidad
- Disciplina relacionada con la construcción o ciencias de la construcción.
- Dominio de inglés conversacional y escrito
- Habilidades demostradas de redacción de informes / contenido técnico
- Competencia demostrada en el control de documentos, registros y sistemas de informes.

Descripción del empleoGarantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad en la fabricación, instalación y funcionamiento de equipos eléctricos en proyectos, coordinando la inspección y certificación con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares aplicables.
Funciones Principales
Supervisar las tareas realizadas por proveedores en la fabricación y montaje de equipos eléctricos.
Validar y controlar las distintas etapas de los procesos eléctricos (documentación, montaje, pruebas).
Generar, revisar y aprobar planes de inspección y ensayos eléctricos (PIE).
Inspeccionar equipos eléctricos según especificaciones técnicas, normativas y estándares internacionales.
Revisar y validar la documentación técnica, informes y protocolos entregados por los proveedores.
Coordinar y ejecutar pruebas FAT/SAT en equipos eléctricos.
Detectar desviaciones y levantar no conformidades en procesos y productos eléctricos.
Emitir informes de inspección detallando hallazgos y oportunidades de mejora.
Verificar la calidad de productos eléctricos terminados antes del despacho al cliente.
Controlar el cumplimiento de medidas de seguridad eléctrica y prevención de riesgos.
Mantener una comunicación efectiva con proveedores, clientes y equipo interno.
Participar en reuniones periódicas con proveedores y clientes para seguimiento de actividades.
Administrar adecuadamente los recursos técnicos y logísticos requeridos para la inspección eléctrica.
Conducir vehículos para traslado a faenas o plantas de proveedores, cuando corresponda.

RequisitosRequisitos del Cargo
Formación Académica:
Técnico Eléctrico o Ingeniero de Ejecución Eléctrico (nivel medio o superior/ requisito excluyente).
Experiencia:
3 a 5 años en cargos similares, en control de calidad de proyectos eléctricos industriales o de infraestructura. (requisito excluyente)
Certificaciones (Deseables):
Curso PAC.
Curso Trinorma ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
Curso de Auditor Interno Trinorma (deseable).

Deseable experiencia en proyectos EPC, subestaciones eléctricas, plantas solares o proyectos BESS. Experiencia como inspector QAQC, implementación y seguimiento de planes de calidad. Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Your role in this will be to:
- Check email daily in order to receive inspection documents and guidelines;
- Attend inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way;
- Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures;
- Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and time lines.

DAY TO DAY:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer/SDET to join our digital/e-commerce team. The QA Engineer/SDET will work collaboratively with business analysts, product owners and engineers to understand functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience testing and automating mobile, frontend and backend consumer-facing web applications. As a direct report to an Engineering Manager, you will be working on robust, cloud-native e-commerce solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that combines the vibrancy of a startup with the stability of an established enterprise.
YOU WILL:
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, UX designers, and Scrum Masters, to continually improve the user experience.

We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to collaborate on the design and development of a cutting-edge online course. You'll play a central role in shaping a learning experience that equips aspiring professionals with the quality assurance skills needed to succeed in software development and testing roles.
This is a full-time opportunity for subject matter experts who are passionate about teaching, curriculum design, and helping learners thrive in tech careers
What you will do:
- Curriculum Development: Partner with our team to design a course that reflects industry standards and meets learner needs in software testing and QA.
- Content Creation: Develop clear, engaging instructional materials—including lesson texts, slides, screencast scripts, assessments, and outlines for live sessions. Collaborate with instructional designers to revise and refine content.
- Project Design: Create hands-on Capstone projects that simulate real QA tasks, such as writing test plans, identifying bugs, and using automation tools.
- Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate learner and peer feedback to continuously improve course content and structure.
- Optional (Teaching): Optionally lead live online sessions to provide direct support, facilitate discussions, and deepen learner understanding.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a closely related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong command of QA tools and practices, including manual testing, test case design, bug tracking, and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA's role in the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
- Educational Mindset: Prior experience creating or teaching technical educational content (online or in-person) is a plus.
- Ability to break down complex testing concepts into accessible, beginner-friendly content.
- Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working collaboratively with instructional designers and content producers.
- Open to feedback and continuous iteration.
- Soft Skills:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Experience with curriculum development, e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or other LMSs), or working with EdTech startups.

Mantener documentación detallada y precisa de todos los trabajos, incluyendo actualizaciones de estado, para resumir los hitos del proyecto, validando que los procesos operen adecuadamente y de conformidad con los estándares.
2+ años en procesos de control de calidad basado en el estándar ISTQB.
2+ años realizando pruebas automatizadas (Web, Mobil, Apis).
2+ años manejando herramientas de gestión de pruebas en Java, Oracle, APIS y microservicios.
2+ años utilizando herramientas tales como Postman, SoapUI, Selenium y Cucumber.
Conocimiento del marco de trabajo Agile/Scrum. Deseable contar con alguna de las certificaciones disponibles.
2+ años utilizando herramientas de integración y testing (Git/GitHub, Jenkins, GoCD).
2+ años utilizando herramientas de pruebas de rendimiento (JMeter).
Conocimiento de base de datos relacional (Oracle, Postgres).
Conocimiento en tecnologías Cloud AWS y/o GCP.

Como IT QA Analyst serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones para las necesidades de tecnología de la información mediante aplicaciones, arquitectura de sistemas, sistemas de red e infraestructura de aplicaciones. Participarás en la modificación o adaptación de diseños existentes, así como en la revisión de los requerimientos de TI y procesos del negocio, codificación, prueba, depuración e implementación de soluciones de software.
