What You'llDo

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, with primary focus on web application and front-end testing, complemented by Salesforce platform testing.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and design appropriate test strategies across front-end and Salesforce environments.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using various testing tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues have not affected existing functionalities.
• Work in tandem with stakeholders to understand and gather testing requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester with emphasis on front-end (UI/UX) testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (30% of role).
• Web App Testing and System integration testing (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail while testing.
• Ability to thrive and create impact in a fact paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate issues and solutions with team members.
• Proactively build test cases and understand business use cases.
• Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written)

DAY TO DAY:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer/SDET to join our digital/e-commerce team. The QA Engineer/SDET will work collaboratively with business analysts, product owners and engineers to understand functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience testing and automating mobile, frontend and backend consumer-facing web applications. As a direct report to an Engineering Manager, you will be working on robust, cloud-native e-commerce solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that combines the vibrancy of a startup with the stability of an established enterprise.

YOU WILL:

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, UX designers, and Scrum Masters, to continually improve the user experience.
• Create, document, and maintain functional test cases using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles and appropriate domain language.
• Participate in the development of multiple layers of test automation, covering functional components, user acceptance, and system testing.
• Generate essential test artifacts, such as test data and automated scripts.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on requirements, specifications, and technical design documents in a timely manner.

Como IT QA Analyst serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones para las necesidades de tecnología de la información mediante aplicaciones, arquitectura de sistemas, sistemas de red e infraestructura de aplicaciones. ¿Qué vas a hacer?

• Definir casos de prueba en base a requerimientos del usuario y efectuar pruebas de aplicaciones, enfocándose en las pruebas funcionales y de extremo a extremo, validando que la respuesta y los resultados del sistema reflejen exactamente los requerimientos del negocio descritos en el documento de requerimientos.

• Identificar y documentar defectos del software.

¿Qué experiencia necesitas?

• 2+ años en procesos de control de calidad basado en el estándar ISTQB.

• 2+ años realizando pruebas automatizadas (Web, Mobil, Apis).

• 2+ años manejando herramientas de gestión de pruebas en Java, Oracle, APIS y microservicios.

• 2+ años utilizando herramientas tales como Postman, SoapUI, Selenium y Cucumber.

• Conocimiento del marco de trabajo Agile/Scrum. Deseable contar con alguna de las certificaciones disponibles.

• 2+ años utilizando herramientas de integración y testing (Git/GitHub, Jenkins, GoCD).
