Funciones clave:
- Inspirar la adopción de frameworks ágiles desde una base de valores sólidos.
- Preparar y facilitar reuniones y ceremonias que impulsen los objetivos del equipo.
- Colaborar con el Product Owner para gestionar y completar el backlog de manera efectiva.
- Analizar y proponer mejoras continuas para elevar los resultados del equipo.
- Resolver y dar seguimiento a los impedimentos del equipo hasta su resolución.
- Coordinar con diferentes áreas para satisfacer las necesidades del equipo (Ing. Clouds, DevOps, entre otros).
- Gestionar métricas y reportes, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
- Actuar como coach para el equipo, fomentando un Mindset ágil desde los valores.
Experiencia requerida:
- Experiencia laboral superior a 1 a 2 años, con al menos 1 año en gestión de proyectos.
- Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en agilidad y proyectos TI, buscando siempre mejoras en los procesos.
- Dominio de Scrum, familiaridad con Kanban y conocimiento en Management 3.0.
- Experiencia con herramientas como Jira y Miro.
Lo que ofrecemos:

- Jornada flexible de lunes a jueves 08:30 a 18:30, viernes hasta las 14:00 hrs.

This position supports several small development Scrum teams assigned to building complex POS terminal (embedded) applications and services. The successful candidate will have a technical background, possess excellent logic and problem-solving skills, and possess a drive to make a difference. They will be participating in enforcing the rules of Scrum, removing impediments from their teams while promoting self-management, and constantly improving our standards of work.
Responsibilities- Is a subject matter expert on Scrum and Agile practices with the ability to train non-Agile team members on best practices
- Must be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as delegated
- Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments
- Communicate with other management, developers, product managers and technical support specialists on product issues
- Must be a team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
