**What you will do:**
Responsible for managing and leading the Southern Cone Treasury and Cash application teams. Team leader over a team of 3 (one employee and two contractors) to execute key activities and processes in the respective areas.
**Treasury**
-Program Summit (Finance transformation) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TRAX (Treasury system) deployment and other treasury related workstreams.
-Manage and provide leadership and oversight to the Treasury function including working closely with Head office Treasury to support and execute treasury strategy and processes
-Manage the organization's cash flow, including payments and collections, intercompany loans, and in-house banking processes.
-Manage, accurate and timely reports on the organization's cash position; manage the organization's commercial banking relationships.
-Work closely with internal partners to forecast and monitor accurately all incoming and outgoing cash transactions including ensuring timely and accurate funding operations
-Ensure compliance with applicable treasury governance framework, applicable laws/regulations, SOX controls, treasury policies and strategy
-Ensure fraud controls and policies effectively mitigate risks related to bank account management, payment approval authorities and segregation of duties. Monitor compliance with and propose amendments to relevant SOX controls and policies. Act as main point of contact for internal and external auditors for cash management activities in assigned region.
-Support and lead process improvement projects for the department. Provide effective back-up support to other Treasury employees
**Cash Application**
-Program summit SME for Cash application workstreams
-Manage and provide leadership to the the cash application processes and daily cases that involve Special instructions, New business, Security deposits, Write-offs, Cross currency contracts in order to provide guidance and support to the team
-Follow up suspense, Unidentified and Unapplied in order to maintain minimum items pending to be apply or identify
-Work closely with internal teams to manage processes and provide direction to team.
-Review and approve AR adjustments monthly

**Basic Requirements:**
-Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Treasury.
-English Pre-Advanced
-Experience of leading and working with teams and external partners

- Manejo avanzado de MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

Empresa del rubro productivo requiere Supervisor de CCTV paras sus oficinas en Puerto Montt, la misión del cargo es garantizar la vigilancia y monitoreo continuo de las instalaciones a través del sistema de CCTV, supervisando al equipo de operadores para detectar, reportar y gestionar incidentes de seguridad, contribuyendo a la prevención de riesgos, protección de activos y bienestar del personal.
Se requiere personal con disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de Turnos.
